Dr. Daniel Balaze is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Greater Cleveland Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Committed to providing the most advanced care for his patients, Dr. Balaze has received advanced training in orthodontics, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. He was recently named as one of Cleveland’s top dentists by Cleveland Magazine.

As an alumnus of the Interlochen Arts Academy and the Cleveland Institue of Music, Dr. Balaze remains active in Cleveland’s music scene. He can be heard performing in venues throughout northeast Ohio with the likes of Cherry Red, Roger Friedman, Bob Niederriter, and University Hospital’s Jazz Circle. He currently makes his home in Pepper Pike with his wife, Lynn, and daughters, Charlotte and Louise.
