I can't wait to "borrow" their design ideas.  I like this site because it is clean, modern, and slightly romantic.  I love the use of pictures [graphics] within the pages, the use of menu options, the integration of a blog, and the photo gallery "45_visuals".  I really think that I can incorporate these types of elements into a dental website... if it doesn't take me too long to learn.

Oh, and it doesn't take 5 min to load each page.  I like that too.
